Based in Singapore, this role supports the Project Finance team within the Institutional Banking Group in originating and executing advisory and lending mandates. The successful candidate will build complex financial models, conduct credit analyses, and coordinate transaction due diligence. Additionally, the role involves preparing pitch presentations, reviewing loan documentation, and actively monitoring portfolio health across key markets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build, update, and run sensitivities on sophisticated cash flow models for financing deals
- Prepare internal credit applications and navigate transactions through credit committee reviews
- Help evaluate loan documentation while liaising with internal legal and credit departments
- Produce pitch books, marketing decks, term sheets, mandate letters, and related transaction materials
- Coordinate third-party due diligence advisors and evaluate their technical and commercial reports
- Conduct market research and monitor ongoing portfolio performance across regional jurisdictions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven background handling structured finance deals
- Strong foundation in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and sector research
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities with expertise in complex financial modeling
- Prior experience within project finance or investment banking is advantageous
