Based in Indonesia, DBS Bank is seeking a Treasury Operations Documentation Specialist to oversee treasury and operational paperwork. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional units including technology, risk, and finance to drive testing and system rollouts. The position focuses on tracking key deliverables, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and delivering concise updates to management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end treasury and operations documentation workflows
- Liaise with operations, tech, risk, finance, compliance, and business units
- Participate in SIT and UAT testing, deployment, and post-launch documentation tasks
- Track operational challenges, project schedules, and target deliverables
- Ensure operational compliance with relevant financial regulatory guidelines
- Create and present status reports on settlement-related projects for management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or related fields
- One to three years of experience within treasury operations or financial markets
- Solid grasp of treasury products including FX, money market, and liquidity management
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
