- Consult and advise clients on banking industry and digital banking solutions
- Lead diverse teams to deliver strategic and complex transformations
- Ensure program management excellence for client goals
- Manage stakeholders, including senior client management, to achieve consensus
- Mentor and role model for internal team building
- Lead business development and proposal creation activities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years consulting or 10 years industry experience (Manager level)
- Minimum 3 years consulting or 5 years industry experience (Consultant level)
- Deep knowledge in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Payments
- Experience delivering business strategy, process improvements, and platform implementations
- Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
