Based in Singapore, this role involves optimizing and maintaining critical payment systems for a leading bank. The successful candidate will analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the seamless operation of payment infrastructure. This position requires collaboration with various teams to design and implement enhancements, supporting the bank's diverse financial services.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Analyze payment system performance to identify issues and risks
- Monitor and resolve payment system incidents promptly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements
- Participate in testing and deployment of new system features
- Document payment system processes and incident procedures
- Perform root cause analysis and propose preventative measures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in payment systems analysis or operations in finance
- Strong understanding of payment schemes like SWIFT, FAST, GIRO, RTGS
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Experience with SQL for data querying
- Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management tools
