- Provide strategic leadership for global Rewards Operations across multiple regions
- Partner with Global COE Rewards Lead to ensure a cohesive strategy
- Collaborate with other Workstream Leads for effective shared services delivery
- Anticipate HR trends and drive process harmonization and centralization globally
- Ensure consistent, high-quality operational service delivery for My Rewards
- Develop and champion a comprehensive Global Rewards strategy aligned with People Services
