Based in Vietnam, this role invites dynamic professionals to join UOB's branch network in Hanoi to deliver exceptional frontline banking experiences. You will actively guide customers through digital and branch banking solutions, handle day-to-day financial requests, and offer tailored financial products. Additionally, you will oversee essential operational compliance, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and upholding rigorous risk standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide individual and corporate clients toward digital banking channels and self-service features.
- Resolve customer enquiries and manage service requests with high professionalism.
- Engage clients to assess financial requirements and suggest appropriate wealth and banking products.
- Execute smooth account opening, onboarding procedures, and routine banking transactions.
- Support branch administrative operations, including transaction validation and accurate record management.
- Monitor operational risks and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and banking regulations.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to deliver advisory services across various banking products.
- High attention to detail with an understanding of risk management and compliance guidelines.
- Willingness to undergo periodic rotation among branch sites as required.
