หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global mobility cases for assigned employee populations.
- Oversee interactions with relocation, tax, and immigration service providers.
- Engage with internal stakeholders at all levels, setting clear expectations.
- Provide expert advice on global mobility policies, legal, tax, and immigration matters.
- Ensure excellent customer service and manage employee expectations.
- Resolve escalations promptly and identify long-term solutions.

- Proven experience in global mobility, international relocation, immigration, and tax.
- Skilled in managing diverse internal and external stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Understanding of labor laws, expatriate policies, and global HR practices.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.
- Experience handling sensitive situations with critical thinking.
- Proficiency in global mobility technology.
