Based in Singapore, this role involves leading technical delivery and hands-on engineering for enterprise artificial intelligence programmes. You will collaborate closely with clients to translate complex business challenges into production-grade AI architectures while spearheading MLOps practices and responsible governance frameworks. Additionally, the position guides a dedicated engineering team, bridging the gap between strategic AI consulting and rigorous code-level deployment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-grade AI and ML solutions, contributing directly to system design and code
- Lead MLOps practices including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, model registries, and deployment strategies
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI architectures
- Establish enterprise governance and responsible AI guardrails, covering explainability, privacy, and bias mitigation
- Manage agile delivery workstreams by tracking technical risks, milestone targets, and engineering quality
- Mentor and develop team members through structured technical coaching, design reviews, and code evaluations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience developing and operating production AI and machine learning systems
- At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end ML architectures delivering measurable value
- Demonstrated background leading client-facing workshops and translating requirements into technical roadmaps
- Track record of building business cases and estimating measurable value hypotheses for AI applications
- Deep practical expertise in MLOps pipelines, model observability, and automated testing suites
