Based in the Philippines, this hybrid role entails guiding and supervising an operations team within Accenture's insurance domain. The successful candidate will drive service delivery excellence, oversee daily metrics and adherence to service level targets, and coach team members toward continuous professional improvement. Additionally, this position involves handling critical operational escalations, streamlining processes, and participating in strategic business transformation initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 associates to foster a high-performance environment.
- Monitor operational metrics, deliver daily reporting, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Supervise process adherence, regulatory requirements, and standard operating guidelines.
- Address customer complaints and escalations via thorough root-cause investigations.
- Provide direct operational assistance, performance tracking, and coaching to staff.
- Support business migration efforts and organizational transformation projects.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven background as a Team Lead or in a supervisory capacity for at least one year.
- Minimum of 3 years of service delivery operations experience.
- Prior exposure to insurance operations or claims processing is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and performance metrics tracking.
- Existing legal eligibility to work in the Philippines.
