Based in Vietnam, this role oversees the planning and execution of competitive insurance product solutions. The successful candidate will guide project implementation teams to deliver products on schedule while meeting strategic key performance indicators. You will also collaborate closely with distribution networks and banking partners to ensure smooth product launches and effective sales training.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute the approved product roadmap and coordinate with the local product management committee
- Design innovative products aligned with customer requirements and business sales targets
- Create and deliver product training resources and sales enablement materials
- Partner with marketing and corporate communications to drive cost-effective product campaigns
- Coordinate with banking partners and distribution channels on product rollout and performance tracking
- Perform post-launch evaluations and implement adjustments to maintain product marketability
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience developing or marketing insurance or financial products
- Deep understanding of life insurance distribution networks, operations, and sales processes
- Demonstrated project management capabilities alongside strong analytical and creative thinking
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
