Based in Indonesia, this role leads the financial reporting and analysis team, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management, business units, and the head office. The position involves developing and aligning accounting policies with group standards and local regulations, including Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Central Bank (BI) requirements. Key responsibilities also include overseeing regulatory reporting to the Central Bank and other authorities, managing tax matters, and ensuring proper accounting practices and payment processes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
- Analyze financial reports, especially for capital management
- Ensure proper accounting records and data integrity
- Oversee interbranch and interdivision financial practices
- Coordinate and monitor comprehensive reports to regulatory bodies
- Manage all taxation matters and ensure accurate tax calculations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)
- Familiarity with Central Bank (BI) regulations and reporting
- Ability to develop and implement accounting policies
- Strong coordination and monitoring skills
- Leadership experience in a finance team
