It involves leading global teams, strengthening governance, and influencing stakeholders to deliver stable, customer-focused technology services.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the 24x7 Enterprise Command Centre for operational stability and service availability.
- Oversee enterprise workload automation and batch operations across various platforms.
- Drive modern IT operations practices like observability and automation for service reliability.
- Govern ITIL-based service management processes and ensure adherence to controls.
- Lead operational resilience, disaster recovery, and major incident management.
- Establish service reliability frameworks and improve operational stability.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in Command Center Operations and Batch Processing.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive in resolving complex operational challenges using ITIL best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams in a 24x7 environment.
