Based in Malaysia, this internship role supports ongoing business analysis, data maintenance, and operational transformation efforts. The selected candidate will gather business requirements, manage spreadsheets, and investigate AI-driven tools to enhance overall reporting and efficiency. Interns will also help prepare project documentation, monitor key milestones, and collaborate across functional teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering requirements and documenting business analysis findings
- Perform basic data analysis to guide operational enhancements and insights
- Organize, analyze, and maintain datasets using spreadsheet applications
- Investigate and test AI tools to boost process efficiency and reporting
- Draft project status reports, stakeholder decks, and meeting documentation
- Track ongoing project tasks, deliverables, and team action items

- Keen interest in digital transformation, technology, and business process analysis
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and critical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Self-directed and well-organized with an appetite to discover new technologies
