Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role oversees the execution of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects from design through commissioning and final handover. The successful candidate will steer project management offices, direct multidisciplinary site teams, manage multi-billion-dollar capital investments, and maintain rigorous commercial controls. Additionally, the role involves mitigating supply-chain risks for critical equipment and ensuring strict compliance with local regulatory frameworks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end delivery of massive hyperscale data centre projects, encompassing civil works, MEP, and commissioning.
- Implement PMO frameworks, project controls, progress tracking, and risk management across multi-tower programs.
- Oversee large capital expenditure budgets, variations, contract claims, and overall financial outcomes.
- Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate large-scale on-site workforces during peak delivery phases.
- Drive procurement strategies and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities for critical long-lead equipment.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and operations to ensure compliance with Singapore standards.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven track record in executing 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre facilities in Singapore or APAC.
- In-depth technical knowledge of mission-critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Extensive background in commercial management, capital budget controls, and claims governance.
- Demonstrated capability in guiding multidisciplinary stakeholders, engineers, and operational teams.
- Relevant industry credentials such as CDCP, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
- Familiarity with local building codes, including CORENET X and Green Mark guidelines.
