Based in Singapore, this role involves managing daily facilities operations across various Singtel locations, ensuring the reliability of building systems and critical infrastructure. The manager will oversee maintenance, incident resolution, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This position requires proactive identification of improvements and support for facilities projects and budget management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations and ensure infrastructure reliability
- Monitor key facilities systems including power, UPS, and cooling
- Coordinate maintenance, shutdowns, and technical issue resolution
- Handle facilities incidents, including escalation and root-cause analysis
- Monitor service provider performance against agreed service levels
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, workplace safety, and building regulations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management
- Relevant facilities management experience
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and ACMV systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
