Based in Singapore, this internship offers an opportunity to apply engineering, science, or business operations knowledge within a global consumer goods company. Interns will tackle challenging supply chain problems, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and loss reduction in a manufacturing plant setting. This role provides hands-on experience with impactful projects, continuous coaching, and a dynamic work environment, with potential for full-time employment.

- Analyze data to eliminate process variability and losses
- Design and maintain systems for collecting and analyzing product and process data
- Implement changes to reduce losses in making/packing processes
- Utilize reliability engineering tools for improvement
- Share and reapply learned insights across different processes and plants
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills applicable to business processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams
- Penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 and July 2028
