Based in the Philippines, this leadership role directs end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operational activities while maintaining exceptional service delivery standards. The position oversees general ledger accounting, financial closing, and statutory compliance while serving as the primary client contact. In addition, the leader will drive process automation, cultivate team capabilities, and manage operational risk within an onsite night shift schedule.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive Record to Report operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure operational compliance with standard accounting practices, internal controls, and audit mandates
- Serve as the primary engagement liaison for key corporate clients and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage, mentor, and build high-performing delivery teams across varied accounting work streams
- Lead transformation programs, continuous improvement projects, and workflow automation initiatives
- Mitigate operational risks and maintain robust business continuity plans
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience within Record to Report operations
- At least 10 years of proven experience in people management and supervisory roles
- Strong background in financial close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Existing legal right to live and work in the Philippines
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig during a night shift schedule
