Based in Singapore, this role supports the Commercial Banking business by leading strategic projects, transforming processes, and managing reporting and data analytics. The position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver business initiatives, ensure accurate regulatory reporting, and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving project delivery, conducting business analysis, and developing analytical models for actionable insights.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives for Commercial Banking
- Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirements to implementation
- Prepare business cases, proposals, and project updates
- Engage stakeholders to understand needs and pain points
- Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and analytical models
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management and regulatory reports
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business or project management, or analytics
- Experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking preferred
- Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suite
- Skilled in data analytics tools like SQL, Python, Qlik, or PowerBI
- Effective communication skills with functional and technical stakeholders
