Based in Singapore, this role assists the Product Director with overseeing ICT offerings and strategic alliance initiatives. The chosen candidate will handle partner onboarding, carry out commercial and pricing reviews, and drive contract execution across cross-functional departments. Additionally, you will drive product readiness and equip sales teams with essential enablement collateral and pricing guidelines to expand customer engagement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Facilitate partner onboarding by handling compliance, non-disclosure agreements, and operational readiness.
- Conduct commercial and margin evaluations to guide pricing proposals and business case development.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and finance teams to progress and finalize partnership agreements.
- Develop sales enablement resources, solution FAQs, and product documentation for internal teams.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, monitor defect resolution, and verify launch readiness.
- Evaluate partner performance, track pipeline progression, and identify joint selling opportunities.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant background in ICT product management, partner relations, or commercial operations.
- Demonstrated background liaising with external technology vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and sales units.
- Familiarity with ICT solutions, cloud technologies, and partner-driven commercial models.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and formal documentation.
