Based in Vietnam, this role involves managing and coordinating the full lifecycle of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, community investment programs, and employee volunteering activities. The Senior Executive will ensure effective, timely, and compliant delivery of CSR programs, adhering to company policies and governance. This position requires strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to support continuous improvement in CSR and sustainability efforts.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate CSR projects, community engagement, and employee volunteering from planning to evaluation.
- Manage project execution, including vendor liaison, logistics, materials, and participant management.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to foster collaboration and program development.
- Develop communication and branding materials for CSR initiatives.
- Manage operational and governance processes, including procurement, payments, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate program records, beneficiary data, and implementation updates for transparency and audits.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field, preferably Marketing & Communication.
- 4-6 years of experience in event management, CSR, or project coordination.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Proven experience managing events, volunteer activities, and community programs.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
