Based in Singapore, this senior role leads the strategic architecture for network artificial intelligence, autonomous networks, and operational support systems across the group. The position drives the transition from legacy operations to intelligent, automated models spanning network and IT domains. Working closely with regional operating companies and vendors, you will define blueprints and steer large-scale technology transformations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and govern the group network AI, Autonomous Networks, and OSS architecture roadmap.
- Create reference architectures, standards, and guardrails aligned with industry maturity models.
- Collaborate with regional operating companies to evaluate architectural readiness and steer automation use cases.
- Direct OSS transformation projects, closed-loop automation, and platform strategies.
- Oversee architectural guidelines for CPaaS platforms and digital service exposure.
- Lead technical reviews, vendor evaluations, and tenders while maintaining architectural governance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- At least 15 years of telecommunications experience encompassing network, OSS, and IT architecture.
- Proven track record governing telecom architectures and steering large transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise designing end-to-end network AI, autonomous networks, and closed-loop systems.
- In-depth knowledge of TM Forum frameworks such as ODA and AN maturity standards.
- Strong technical consulting skills with experience managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
