Based in Singapore, this role focuses on creating and scaling production-grade generative AI applications across enterprise systems. You will lead backend development, implement agentic workflows, and oversee the integration of advanced language models. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to engineer reliable, observable, and high-performing AI solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and scale production-grade GenAI applications using modern orchestration frameworks
- Implement agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, tool calling, and prompt pipelines
- Connect GenAI services with enterprise platforms, backend APIs, and corporate data stores
- Work with both hosted language models and open-weight model serving setups
- Establish robust engineering standards for tracing, logging, automated evaluation, and fallback mechanisms
- Collaborate across data, infrastructure, security, and application units to ensure high system reliability
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience with hands-on GenAI application delivery
- Demonstrated capability in building enterprise-grade GenAI systems rather than mere prototypes
- Strong practical knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration libraries
- Proficiency in backend development utilizing Python, Java, or related programming languages
- Familiarity with distributed systems, resilient API design, and container orchestration such as Kubernetes
- Solid analytical and debugging skills with experience handling incomplete or rapidly changing project scopes
