Based in Vietnam, this role drives strategic transformation initiatives within the Agency Division, ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all projects. The manager oversees the transformation portfolio, provides governance, and reports on progress, aligning all efforts with organizational objectives and KPIs. This position acts as a strategic partner, coaching and mentoring teams to achieve excellence in transformation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop detailed implementation plans for transformation initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitor project health and intervene as needed for successful delivery.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, developing communication plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove project team blockers.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of transformation governance frameworks.
