The successful candidate will lead a team, oversee activities across various financial products, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Lead and develop a team of operations professionals
- Oversee operational activities for Global Markets products
- Maintain a robust risk and control framework
- Partner with various stakeholders to support business growth
- Drive transformation through process and technology improvements
- Manage operational and liquidity risks proactively
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in Global Markets or Treasury Operations
- Strong knowledge of FX and Money Market products
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Understanding of operational risk and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively
