Based in Indonesia, this role involves managing and executing various referral campaigns from proposal to completion, including handling complaints. The specialist will support cross-selling initiatives to boost customer acquisition and monitor campaign fulfillment. Additionally, the position requires managing post-acquisition communication and contributing to projects aimed at increasing 'Treasures-Lite' acquisitions.

- Execute end-to-end referral campaigns, from proposal to complaint resolution
- Support cross-selling efforts to drive new customer acquisition
- Monitor and track the fulfillment of campaign objectives
- Manage customer communication after acquisition
- Participate in projects focused on increasing 'Treasures-Lite' acquisitions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Possess a strong understanding of banking products and the retail/mass market segment
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Capable of effectively conveying complex business or technical information
- Highly motivated, self-reliant, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa for internal and external communication
