Based in Malaysia, this role serves as the primary financial lead for project portfolios across Group Technology Accounting and Procurement. You will oversee comprehensive financial governance, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and actuals across vendor, contractor, and infrastructure spend. Additionally, the position is responsible for designing and operating the cost allocation and recharge mechanisms billed to regional operating units.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design, document, and administer the technology recharge framework and cost allocation mechanisms across regional entities
- Oversee the full recharge cycle, managing calculations, sign-offs, intercompany billing, and reconciliation
- Engage local finance teams and CFOs to explain cost allocations, secure recharge budgets, and resolve disputes
- Direct project financial operations by managing budgets, forecasts, and commitments for resource and non-resource costs
- Deliver executive financial reporting, manage internal controls, and coordinate responses to external and internal audits
- Identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities while promoting continuous improvement and financial process awareness
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with recognized professional credentials (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- At least 10 years of experience in finance transformation, audit, shared services, or project finance
- Solid background in intercompany charging, cost allocation modeling, and shared services recovery
- In-depth comprehension of financial accounting principles (IFRS/MFRS), governance, and capital expenditure guidelines
- Demonstrated expertise managing senior stakeholder relationships across international business operations
- Comfortable working proactively in a hybrid setup across cross-functional technology teams
