Based in Malaysia, this technical leadership role centers on engineering high-availability MECM infrastructure for new regional operations. The successful candidate will drive integration with existing Microsoft Intune systems to create seamless co-managed enterprise environments. Key duties also involve establishing OS deployment strategies, executing cloud migrations to Azure, automating operational routines, and serving as an escalated tier-3 support resource.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient SCCM/MECM setups integrated with Microsoft Intune across target regions.
- Devise enterprise OS deployment approaches using Autopilot and MECM for imageless and custom hardware configurations.
- Oversee the migration of on-premises endpoint management infrastructure into Azure environments.
- Administer endpoint compliance, security baselines, conditional access policies, and application packaging.
- Serve as tier-3 technical escalation to resolve complex infrastructure and operating system issues.
- Automate repetitive operational procedures and generate reporting using PowerShell and Graph API.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and supporting enterprise SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.
- Proven experience with Windows 10/11 operating system deployment, Autopilot, and virtual desktop delivery in Azure.
- Proficiency in administering Azure Active Directory, conditional access policies, and mobile device management.
- Skilled in scripting and automation utilizing PowerShell alongside Graph API.
- Prior background delivering tier-3 infrastructure troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Capability to create clear technical architecture designs and operational support documentation.
