Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role involves leading the end-to-end technology strategy, delivery, and operations for digital banking platforms across both Retail and Wholesale Banking. The successful candidate will scale and optimize a global delivery organization of over 500 engineers, ensuring delivery outcomes, production reliability, and regulatory compliance. This position is crucial for accelerating business growth and enhancing customer experience across ASEAN markets and China.

- Define and execute technology strategy for digital banking, balancing innovation and stability.
- Oversee program planning, dependency management, and release governance across channels.
- Optimize delivery processes using AI-driven tools and best practices.
- Set architectural direction and lead modernization initiatives like cloud-native adoption.
- Serve as a trusted technology partner to senior leaders across various departments.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 15 years in digital delivery leadership within large financial or tech organizations.
- Proven success in building and managing large-scale delivery teams (around 500 engineers) globally.
- Strong understanding of Retail and Wholesale Banking processes and digital platforms.
- Expertise in various delivery methodologies like SAFe, Disciplined Agile, and Waterfall.
- Track record of uplifting modern engineering standards and maturing SRE/observability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with executive presence.
