Based in Malaysia, this role offers an opportunity to lead technical design and implementation for Singtel's next-generation core platforms. The position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across key business support systems, including CRM and CPQ. You will build resilient microservices, design robust APIs, and mentor a talented engineering team in a rapidly expanding shared services hub.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions spanning front-end and back-end platforms to satisfy architecture standards
- Lead solution design across BSS modules such as CRM, CPQ, billing integration, and order management
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices, shared components, and distributed integration layers
- Implement product catalog modeling, dynamic pricing configurations, and order orchestration workflows
- Uphold performance, reliability, and security standards throughout system development
- Provide hands-on development alongside mentoring and technical direction for engineering teams
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 6 to 10 years of software engineering experience, ideally within telecommunications BSS or OSS platforms
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Strong background in microservices design, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL alongside Linux and Git
- Working experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or enterprise messaging queues
