Based in Singapore, this operational role supports the Corporate Actions team within Wealth Management and Vickers Operations. The position involves managing and validating end-to-end processing for various entitlement events, such as dividend distributions and rights offerings. The specialist will oversee risk controls, resolve breaks, liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and drive workflow automation initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and verify end-to-end processing of corporate action events, payments, and settlements.
- Oversee operational risk and control standards, including reviewing reconciliations and resolving breaks.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external counterparties regarding corporate events.
- Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation of control gaps.
- Coordinate and resolve complex or time-critical escalation items.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, system enhancements, and process automation projects.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma holder with 2 to 5 years of relevant banking operations background.
- Proven experience within Corporate Actions or Securities Operations.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate action event lifecycles and post-trade operations.
- High attention to detail with a strong risk and control mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
