The specialist will guide customers through the entire loan application process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position requires advising on suitable mortgage products, conducting financial analysis, and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and financing options.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including documentation.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess repayment capacity and risk.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for smooth application processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in mortgage sales or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and property market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
