- Define and execute market strategies for Singapore and Malaysia, balancing growth and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations with airline partners to maximize competitiveness.
- Act as the market expert for aviation and online travel in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with suppliers to drive joint initiatives.
- Ensure partners' daily needs are met by collaborating with internal teams.
- Analyze data and insights to optimize decision-making and identify opportunities.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 5+ years in Flights, OTA, or airline industry with commercial negotiation experience.
- Proven track record in driving growth through partnerships and strategy execution.
- Strong commercial acumen balancing short-term results and long-term market building.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Analytical rigor and ability to use data for decision-making.
