Based in Malaysia, this role involves supervising daily order-to-cash operations while ensuring service level agreements and customer expectations are consistently achieved. You will serve as an escalation contact for resolving service issues, collaborate with support teams on operational excellence, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong Japanese language proficiency to handle stakeholder communications and support client delivery effectively.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order-to-cash workflow and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Act as the primary escalation point to resolve operational issues for clients.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the unit.
- Facilitate operational change request processes and support contractual projects.
- Engage with client management to maintain high satisfaction and address service requirements.
- Assist in team coaching, recruitment, and maintaining structured performance reviews.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional business proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting outsourcing environments.
- Strong client relationship management and issue-resolution capabilities.
- Willingness to work non-standard shifts or overtime when business requires.
