หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk governance and policies for operational and third-party risk management
- Collaborate with business units to implement risk governance, policies, and tools
- Advise business units on operational risk matters, including regulatory compliance
- Promote risk awareness through training and sharing best practices
- Prepare and review internal and external risk reports, including for regulators
- Provide objective review and challenge to ensure effective operational risk management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex risk issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficient in risk management tools and techniques like assessments and control testing
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
