Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role at Singtel oversees company-wide workplace safety and health strategies, policies, and governance frameworks. The position spearheads comprehensive risk management, digital safety innovations, and statutory compliance across telecommunications infrastructure operations. The successful candidate will also champion a proactive safety culture, mentor EHS professionals, and provide strategic advisory to executive stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Establish and execute organizational workplace safety and health strategies and governance standards.
- Supervise enterprise risk management, high-risk work environments, contractor compliance, and incident investigations.
- Incorporate digitalization, analytics, and automation to enhance safety workflows and tracking.
- Promote an accountable and proactive safety mindset across various business units.
- Counsel senior executives and collaborate closely with regulatory bodies regarding WSH practices.
- Manage and mentor safety personnel while cultivating future organizational talent.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in workplace safety and health.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
- Certified Risk Assessment (RA) Leader.
- Willingness and ability to travel across multiple operational sites.
- Strong capacity to coordinate and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
