Based in Singapore, this role drives the end-to-end execution of new product rollouts across core insurance systems. The selected professional will collaborate with business and technical teams to define clear requirements, oversee user acceptance testing, and manage defect resolutions. Key duties also include leading post-implementation checks, producing operating procedures, and coaching junior team members.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality releases
- Lead requirement gathering discussions, business rule definitions, and solution alignment with technology partners
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage defect closures
- Execute post-deployment verification activities and maintain standard operating procedures and training guides
- Identify process improvement opportunities and uphold governance and regulatory compliance standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members while reviewing deliverables for quality and consistency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience within the insurance sector
- At least 2 years of practical experience with the Life/Asia core insurance system
- Proven background in coordinating or managing product delivery projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- GCE 'A' Levels, equivalent qualification, or relevant professional certifications
