Based in Indonesia, this role involves working as a Management Consultant focused on Operational Excellence, specifically for a major mining operation in East Indonesia (Papua). You will lead projects to improve business processes, identify opportunities, and provide strategic advice to enhance competitive advantage. This position requires managing project deliverables, ensuring compliance with methodologies, and maintaining strong relationships with senior management to drive successful business improvement initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute and manage sustainable operational improvement projects to boost company competitiveness.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose best-practice solutions.
- Provide strategic direction for business improvement initiatives.
- Manage project deliverables according to PMO and Operations Excellence standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of business improvements, resolving issues.
- Communicate project plans, progress, and problems to stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Geology, Industrial), MIS, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Mining Consultancy or the Mining Industry.
- Proven experience in asset maintenance, mining operations, or operational excellence.
- Involvement in strategic project execution, not just daily tasks.
- Broad understanding of industry and business practices.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
