Based in the Philippines, this role drives process improvements, loss elimination, and technological innovation across manufacturing lines. The engineer leads change management initiatives for recipe changes, material transitions, and new equipment deployment. Key responsibilities include coaching shop floor teams, executing Kaizen projects, and optimizing process performance to ensure plant operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Drive loss elimination and process optimization projects using continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage change implementation for new innovations, recipe updates, and material trials
- Design and update piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for the process area
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators to address operational gaps
- Develop technical operating standards and facilitate technical training for line teams
- Champion digital initiatives and support the transition to paperless factory operations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or technical education with solid mixing process background
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing operations and process safety regulations
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methods and root-cause analysis
- Strong analytical, coaching, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Willingness to work onsite at the manufacturing plant in General Trias, Cavite
