The Service Assistant will also be responsible for daily teller operations, ensuring transaction accuracy, and detecting counterfeit currency. This position requires active participation in cross-selling bank products and services, and supporting anti-money laundering compliance efforts.

- Handle all cash and non-cash financial transactions for customers
- Perform daily teller opening and closing procedures
- Verify the accuracy and validity of customer transactions
- Ensure correct cash counting processes are followed
- Identify and report suspicious or counterfeit currency
- Support cross-selling of bank products and services
