Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise packaged and SaaS solutions to support strategic business objectives. You will manage release cycles, ensure overall platform stability, and design workflows using low-code platforms and API integrations. Additionally, you will partner closely with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and streamline ongoing application operations.

- Configure cloud software solutions to align with functional requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to cross-functional team discussions
- Troubleshoot platform incidents and monitor system health to optimize efficiency
- Produce detailed configuration documentation to preserve knowledge sharing
- Coordinate system upgrades, scheduled patching, and release execution
- Identify continuous optimization opportunities to refine application workflows
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management
- Solid background in tailoring and deploying cloud HR technology solutions
- Practical familiarity with API integration techniques and low-code tooling
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Understanding of version control and release management within cloud ecosystems
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to execute tasks independently
