Based in Singapore, this role involves joining the Electrical and Mechanical (M&E) engineering team for Nxera's Data Centre Business. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in M&E Data Centre systems, focusing on developing next-generation mission-critical systems with an emphasis on sustainability, connectivity, and AI. This position requires exploring new technologies, reviewing designs, and evaluating systems to enhance performance, reduce energy consumption, and optimize total cost of ownership for data centers.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation mission-critical systems and electrical power system designs for data centers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to specify appropriate electrical infrastructure.
- Explore new engineering systems and technologies to improve data center performance and efficiency.
- Review design documentation, commissioning scripts, and engineering specifications.
- Evaluate new industry technologies for power consumption, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage electrical power system issues throughout the project lifecycle.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of M&E design experience in a mission-critical data center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workload under tight deadlines.
- Experience with fast-track design/build projects.
- Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and large-scale M&E infrastructure systems.
