Based in Malaysia, this role supports, maintains, and enhances finance systems and reporting solutions for Singtel's Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Centre. The specialist will resolve system and data issues for finance users, improve reporting, and automate processes. This position involves translating business requirements into practical technology solutions and ensuring reliable system operations during critical financial cycles.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for finance systems, reporting tools, and data models.
- Diagnose and resolve system and data issues within service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting solutions using advanced features.
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
- Identify and implement technology-driven process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with finance and technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in finance systems, reporting, or data analytics.
- Strong SQL and database skills for scalable solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting business users with systems or data solutions.
- Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is advantageous.
