Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role at Nxera oversees the end-to-end execution of regional greenfield and brownfield data center facilities. The position spearheads comprehensive construction planning, financial controls, and risk management from project conception to final commissioning. Successful candidates will drive best engineering practices, enforce safety benchmarks, and collaborate across functional teams while advancing sustainable digital infrastructure across the region.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead complete project lifecycles for regional greenfield and brownfield data center developments.
- Develop master project schedules, charters, governance processes, and resource allocation roadmaps.
- Oversee project capital expenditure, cash flows, procurement tenders, and ongoing cost control.
- Direct daily on-site construction works while ensuring strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and operations teams to review drawings and mechanical and electrical systems.
- Evaluate innovative technologies and manage testing, commissioning, and regulatory compliance protocols.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale data center engineering or construction initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Architecture.
- Demonstrated record of completing large-scale data center builds across all phases.
- Strong working knowledge of data center redundancy systems, M&E infrastructure, and building codes.
- Familiarity with environmental benchmarks such as LEED or Green Mark certification criteria.
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended project requirements as needed.
