Based in Vietnam, this Business Development Manager role focuses on driving partnership distribution initiatives with assigned banking partners. The position involves collaborating with sales teams to execute impactful commercial and training events that achieve key targets. You will oversee operational performance, develop regional personnel, and build strong professional relationships across internal and external stakeholder networks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate monthly sales campaigns, workshops, and group presentations with assigned banking partners.
- Execute commercial and coaching initiatives to reach targets for sales production, recruitment, and agent activity.
- Supervise sales performance, compliance adherence, and operational metrics across designated partner branches.
- Coach and mentor district sales leaders and team members along their career progression pathways.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships between internal departments and strategic banking representatives.
- Carry out strategic regional tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by leadership.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven background in bancassurance, partnership distribution, or financial services sales management.
- Strong track record of meeting revenue targets, recruitment objectives, and sales goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, mentoring, and leading commercial field teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional relationship management skills.
