Based in Singapore, this role supports the development and execution of cost management strategies across various business units. The position involves overseeing budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, while also identifying cost-saving opportunities through expenditure monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers, implement control policies, and provide advisory support on cost implications during organizational changes.

- Support cost management strategy development and execution
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to understand cost drivers and recommend improvements
- Assist in developing and implementing cost control policies
- Prepare regular cost reports and dashboards for management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years in cost management, financial planning, or business control
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in transformation projects and cross-functional collaboration
