หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse, transport, international logistics, and co-packing operations.
- Implement business plans to maintain consistent service levels and operational capacity.
- Manage logistics operational cost budgets and ensure strong financial controls.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and service enhancement.
- Select and manage relationships with third-party service providers.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and legal requirements.
