The advisor will ensure compliance for foreign hires, manage work and residency permits with third-party partners, and maintain updated internal processes. This position involves tracking permit validity, issuing monthly reports, and contributing to process improvements within the global mobility team.

- Coordinate immigration requirements for designated markets
- Ensure compliance tracking for foreign hires is current
- Collaborate with third-party service partners for permits
- Monitor work permit applications and update internal procedures
- Track permit validity and initiate renewals
- Provide expert immigration knowledge for complex cases
