Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on maintaining and supporting enterprise private cloud systems, virtualization, and container environments. You will be responsible for resolving complex operational incidents across Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and hypervisor stacks. The position demands deep technical troubleshooting skills spanning compute, storage, networking, and platform layers to ensure high availability and reliability.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor private cloud systems spanning compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and containers
- Investigate and resolve hardware, operating system, hypervisor, and container cluster failures
- Maintain Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters, resolving pod, node, and network connectivity problems
- Execute infrastructure lifecycle tasks including system upgrades, security patching, and certificate renewals
- Create operational runbooks and automate repetitive operational workflows using scripting and configuration tools
- Collaborate with change management teams and uphold operational SLAs through active performance tracking
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field
- At least 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud operations or infrastructure support
- Demonstrated production support experience within ITIL incident and change management frameworks
- Proficiency in operating enterprise Linux distributions, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V
