Based in Malaysia, this role leads the end-to-end talent acquisition process for Singtel's business units in Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will attract top talent, build a strong employer brand, and establish robust talent pipelines. This position also involves managing and coaching a team of Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure recruitment excellence and strategic alignment with business needs.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage the full talent acquisition process in Malaysia
- Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies
- Enhance sourcing channels and provide talent insights
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize hiring efficiency
- Collaborate on identifying internal and external talent gaps
- Lead and develop a team to achieve hiring targets
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-15 years of recruitment experience in large organizations
- Proven experience hiring for IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Experience leading large-scale hiring projects
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian talent market and regulations
