Based in Singapore, this role supports the Investment Management Lead by overseeing investment-related business activities, governance, and fund initiatives. The specialist will manage daily ILP fund operations, focusing on process enhancements and automation, while also contributing to strategic investment projects. This position involves close collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver efficient investment solutions and improve business outcomes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage daily and ad-hoc ILP fund activities, including corporate actions and documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and fund managers for timely execution of fund activities.
- Maintain accurate fund information and customer-facing content across platforms.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and operational enhancements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and operating procedures.
- Support digitalization, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Assist in the development and management of investment products and solutions.
- Participate in UAT and implementation for new products and system changes.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in investment operations or related financial services.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage operations while contributing to strategic projects.
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
